How to: Align text in a document.
Solution:
Select the text to align and select 'Paragraph...' from the 'Format' menu. Select the alignment from the 'Indents and Spacing' tab.
1) Select the desired text to align.
2) Select the 'Format' menu and select 'Paragraph...'. (The Paragraph dialog box appears.)
3) Click 'Indents and Spacing' tab.
4) Select the desired alignment from the 'Alignment' drop-down list box.
5) Click 'OK'.
TIP: Select the text and click 'Align Left', 'Center', 'Justify' or 'Right Align' on the 'Formatting' toolbar.
